Avocado Caprese Salad
1 avocado, cut into chunks
4 cups of various cherry and grape tomatoes, cut in half
2 cups of fresh mozzarella, cut into chunks
1/2 cup of basil
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and gently toss to combine.
